Theraflu

Theraflu uses as symptomatic treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases, including influenza, accompanied by body aches, chills, high fever, headache, runny nose, muscle pain, nasal congestion, sneezing.

It has an analgesic, antipyretic,  vasoconstrictive effect, eliminates the symptoms of a cold. Constricts blood vessels and eliminates swelling of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx.

Paracetamol has an analgesic and antipyretic effect by suppressing the synthesis of prostaglandins in the central nervous system. Does not affect platelet function and hemostasis. 

Pheniramine is an antiallergic agent, a blocker of histamine H 1 receptors. Eliminates allergic symptoms, has a moderate sedative effect, and also exhibits antimuscarinic activity. Phenylephrine - alpha 1-agonist, causes vasoconstriction, eliminates swelling and hyperemia of the nasal mucosa.
